April 20, Fineko/abc.az. AccessBank's product VIP Club has been rebranded and transformed into Private Banking. After the rebranding, Private Banking has become not just a banking product, but a service model based on long-term and reliable partnership with customers.
ABC.AZ informs that the head of the Private Banking product, Vusalya Guliyeva, made this statement at the presentation ceremony.
She noted that over the past two years, this approach has already shown its results.
"Significant growth has been recorded in the bank's premium customer segment. During this period, there was significant expansion of the customer base. Currently, Private Banking provides clients with non-financial benefits along with deposit, credit and investment solutions, such as airline tickets, visa support, insurance services and access to exclusive events. These services are aimed not only at the financial side, but also at improving the overall quality of life of customers," Guliyeva said.
She also stressed that at the new stage, the bank has identified as priorities the expansion of the network of premium partners, providing customers with more personal privileges and the development of services in a lifestyle-oriented format.
