Cost of oil goes up: Brent - $111.75 a barrel

March 19, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are growing in Thursday’s trading.

As of 09:22, at the ICE Futures exchange, May ‘sBrent crude futures rose by $4.37 (4.07%) up to $111.75 per barrel. Following the trading on March 18, May’s futures for Brent increased in price by $3.96 (3.83%) up to $107.38 per barrel.

By 09:22, at the NYMEX stock exchange, the May futures for WTI crude oil grew by $0.79 (0.83%) up to $96.25 per barrel. Following the trading on March 18, May’s futures for WTI fell by $0.07 (0.07%) to $95.46 per barrel. The April futures for WTI ended trading at $96.32 per barrel the day before.

The price spread between Brent and WTI reached $15.5.
