March 18, Fineko/abc.az. The exchange price of gold is dropping by 2% and for the first time in a monthly period it fell below the mark of $ 4,900 per troy ounce.

ABC.AZ reports that this follows from the trading data.

As of 16:26 (Baku time), the price of the April gold futures at the New York Comex exchange is declining by $108.76 relative to the previous close, or by 1.98%, to $4,899.44 per troy ounce.

The indicator is below the $4,900 level for the first time since February 18.
