December 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Nov 2025, the revenues of the consolidated and state budgets of Azerbaijan exceeded the forecast.
ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Ministry of Finance that in 11 months, treasury authorities executed more than 1.436 million payment orders, and high rates were recorded in the execution of State Budget revenues.
For Jan-Nov 2025, consolidated budget revenues amounted to 43.855 billion manats, which exceeds the 11-month forecast by 2.526 million manats, or 6.1%.
State Budget revenues reached 35.625 billion manats, exceeding the 11-month forecast by 324.6 million manats, or 0.9%.
State Tax Service transferred 15.3 billion manats to the State Budget, exceeding the forecast by 745.5 million manats, or 5.1%.
State Budget revenues from the State Service for Property Issues amounted to 41.6 million manats (10.2 million manats, or 32.5% more than the forecast).
The transfer from the State Oil Fund reached 13.274 billion manats and was fulfilled by 100% of the forecast.
At the same time, receipts from the State Customs Committee amounted to 5.752 billion manats (96.6% of the forecast).
Revenues from paid services rendered by State Budget-financed organizations totaled 592.3 million manats - or 72.7% of the forecast.
Other revenues totaled 654.7 million manats (99.1% of the forecast).
In the first 11 months of 2025, consolidated budget expenditures were met for 36 784.3 million manats (1.397 billion manats, or 3.9% more versus Jan-Nov 2024).
State Budget expenditures were implemented for 31.414 billion manats (376.6 million manats, or 1.2% more against Jan-Nov 2024).
