November 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan has approved an order to impose a temporary ban on the export of petroleum products from the country.
ABC.AZ informs that this decision was made "in order to ensure national security and stability of the domestic fuel market".
The ban on the export of petroleum products from Kazakhstan, including to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, is imposed for six months - from November 20, 2025 to May 20, 2026.
According to the document, it is prohibited to export gasoline, diesel fuel and a number of other petroleum products by road and rail.
