October 8, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Sept 2025, 218.35 million manats were returned from the State Budget to individuals and legal entities in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Ministry of Finance that refunded VAT paid by foreigners when purchasing goods not intended for production and commercial purposes in the country, as well as VAT paid by individuals in retail and catering, cultural services (theater, cinema, museum, concert) and medical services, as well as for hotel services in the territories liberated from occupation.

VAT paid for residential and non-residential premises purchased by wire transfer from persons engaged in the construction of buildings, as well as overpaid other taxes, state duties, interest and financial penalties, has been refunded to citizens.
