September 17, Fineko/abc.az. Of the total volume of construction works conducted in Baku for Jan-Jul 2025, 91.3% was carried out by non-governmental construction enterprises.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Baku City Statistics Department, over the past 7 months, 86.4% of construction works, including construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation, 6.8% major repairs, 3.6% routine repairs and 3.2% other construction work, have been completed by the capital's construction enterprises.

Of the construction works carried out by Azerbaijani construction enterprises (including individual entrepreneurs) for Jan-Jul of this year, 82.8% accounted for construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation works, 8% for major repairs, 5.4% for routine repairs, and 3.8% for other construction works.

88.6% of the total construction work was conducted by non-governmental construction companies.
