September 10, Fineko/abc.az. From January to August 2025, Azerbaijan’s gross domestic product (GDP) amounted to 83.0378 billion manats, marking a 1% increase compared to the same period last year.
ABC.AZ reports, citing the State Statistics Committee, that value added in the oil and gas sector decreased by 2.1%, while the non-oil sector grew by 2.6%.
The GDP structure is as follows: 34.9% from industry, 10.3% from trade and vehicle repair, 7.1% from transport and warehousing, 6.3% from agriculture, forestry, and fishing, 6.3% from construction, 2.8% from accommodation and catering, 1.8% from information and communication, and 20.7% from other sectors. Net taxes on products and imports accounted for 9.8% of GDP.
GDP per capita stood at 8,111.3 manats.
