August 1, Fineko/abc.az. The sale of the subject of mortgage will be carried out without going to court.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the amendment to the Law on Mortgages, approved by the presidential decree.

Under law, if there is a notarized agreement between the parties, the sale of the foreclosed mortgage can be carried out without going to court.

In accordance with this, the provisions on the procedure for conducting auctions, on the failed auction, and on the recognition of the auction as invalid were excluded from the law.
