August 1, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are rising in Friday’s trading.

The price of Brent crude oil futures for October on the ICE Futures exchange grew by $0.15 (0.21%) up to $71.85 per barrel by 09:25. Following the trading on July 31, October’s Brent crude futures fell by $0.77 (1.06%) to $71.70 per barrel.

The price of September’s WTI crude oil futures at the NYMEX commodity exchange increased by $0.13 (0.19%) up to $69.39 per barrel by 09:25. Following the trading on July 31, WTI crude futures for September dropped in price by $0.74 (1.06%) to $69.26 per barrel.

In July, the price of crude oil Brent grew by 7.28% and WTI by 6.37%.
