September 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Office of Capital Construction & Supply on Self-Financing of the Ministry of Science & Education of Azerbaijan is holding an open tender procedure in connection with the construction of a new student dormitory at Nakhchivan State University.

The competition provides for the preparation of design estimates for the construction of a dormitory complex with 1,000 beds on the territory of the university. The estimated purchase price is 1,071,047 manats.
