July 18, Fineko/abc.az. Sumgayit Technological Park LLC (STP) has announced about its reorganization.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to newspaper Vergilər of the State Tax Service that the reason for this was the creation of Modern Technology Company LLC as a result of separation from the company.

Sumgait Technological Park was established in 2012. Its authorized capital is 1,094,104,346 manats.
