July 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Board of the Ministry of Economy has amended the Rules for on-site tax audits, approved by the decision from September 7, 2016.

ABC.AZ informs that the relevant decision was signed by Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov.

According to the new resolution, from now on, when checking the simplified taxation of companies engaged in cargo transportation, the correctness of obtaining distinctive signs, the legality of transportation based on a power of attorney or lease agreements and other property rights, as well as the compliance of the actual technical indicators of primary accounting documentation when calculating taxes will be carefully examined.

The Legal Department of the Ministry has been instructed to submit this decision to the Ministry of Justice within three days for inclusion in the State Register of Legal Acts.
