July 11, Fineko/abc.az. The total volume of Russian investments in Turkey upon completion ofconstruction of Akkuyu NPP will exceed $39-40 billion.

ABC.AZ informs that Fuat Oktay, the chairman of the Turkish Parliament's Commission on International Affairs, made this statement at a meeting with Leonid Slutsky, the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and leader of the Liberal Democratic Party, who is in Ankara on a visit.

He also noted that "Turkish contracting companies have signed contracts worth more than $100 billion in Russia".

"Today we will evaluate what else can be done to bring these projects to a new level," Oktay said.
