July 10, Fineko/abc.az. For the past 6 months, goods for 29.6 billion manats were sold to consumers in the retail chain, including foods, beverages and tobacco products for 16.262 billion manats and non-food products for 13.379 billion manats.

ABC.AZ informs that compared with Jan-Jun 2024, retail trade grew by 3.8% in real terms, including 1.5% for foods, beverages and tobacco products and 6.7% for non-food products.

In the 1st half of 2025, 50.5% of money spent by customers in the retail chain accounted for food products, 4.4% for beverages and tobacco products, 12.8% for textiles, clothing and footwear, 6.2% for gasoline and diesel fuel, 4.6% for electrical goods and furniture, 2.4% for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, 1.2% for computers, telecommunication equipment and printed products, and 17.9% for other non-food products.
