July 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet of Ministers has amended the Procedure for calculating the total monthly income of a borrower (borrowers) on a mortgage loan given at the expense of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund, approved by the Resolution from November 16, 2016.

ABC.AZ informs that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decree.

According to the Resolution, from now on, the total monthly income of simplified taxpayers who carry out the types of activities envisaged in Article 220.10 of the Tax Code individually (without employing employees) will be calculated in the cities of Baku, Ganja, Sumgait and Khirdalan in the amount of 3-fold the minimum monthly wage, and in other districts (cities) and towns (villages) — in the amount of 2-fold.
