February 25, Fineko/abc.az. In January 2025, banks' loan portfolio increased by 0.1%, or 37 million manats, and as of February 1 amounted to 27.514 billion manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the CBA that the structure of the loan portfolio is as follows:

I) Business loans – 53.5% (14.709 billion manats); a drop of 0.5% compared to data as of January 1, 2025.

II) consumer loans – 31.1% (8.551 billion manats) and a rise of 1.3% for the month.

III) mortgage loans – 15.4% (4.253 billion manats), a rise of 0.2% for the month.

The share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio (including IOCs and credit unions) decreased by 0.3 percentage points compared with January 2024 and made up 1.6%.
