February 4 report, Fineko/abc.az. Banks and payment service networks of Azerpocht LLC are showing dynamic growth.

ABC.AZ informs that in December 2024, the number of ATMs increased by 6.2%, and the number of POS-terminals by 38.4%.

Of the 119,540 POS-terminals, 73,042 are located in Baku and 46,498 ones in districts of the country.

Out of the 3,304 ATMs, 1,772 are located in Baku and 1,532 ones in the districts.

In December 2024, the volume of non-cash payments within the country made using cards reached 8.486 million manats.
