December 26, Fineko/abc.az. The opening of production was discussed during negotiations between Defense Minister Aslan Zhaksylykov and Baykar Defense CEO Haluk Bayraktar.

ABC.AZ informs that the parties have come to an agreement on development of a roadmap for localization of production of tactical unmanned aerial systems and barrage ammunition on the territory of our country," the Kazakh Ministry of Defense said.

Following the negotiations at the Saha Expo - 2024 in Istanbul, the protocol of the working meeting between the delegation of the Ministry of Defense and Baykar company was signed, which confirms the intention of the Turkish side to provide the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan with Bayraktar Kalkan, Bayraktar Mini unmanned aerial systems and Mosquito-X barrage ammunition for military tests free of charge.
