November 25, Fineko/abc.az. The groundbreaking ceremony of one of the largest and most technologically advanced theme parks in the Middle East, Land of Legends Qatar, took place in the Qatari city of Simaisma.

ABC.AZ informs that its opening is scheduled for 2028.

Land of Legends Qatar is the first major project within the Simaisma tourist zone, which will be located along a 7 km long beach. Its built-up area will amount to more than 8 million sq m. In addition to the theme park, Simaisma assumes an 18-hole golf course, a luxury marina, luxury residential villas and many restaurants and shops.
