June 23, Fineko/abc.az. The city of Bezannes has finalized the construction of the world's largest multi-family residential building structuralized via industrial 3D-printing technology.

According to ABC.AZ, the three-story building complex housing 12 fully integrated apartments was erected within a rapid 34-day operational cycle. The additive manufacturing technique drastically optimized project timelines, downsized baseline capital expenditures, and minimized environmental impacts by reducing raw material waste, logistical transit cycles, and onsite noise levels. Additionally, the complex features advanced energy efficiency baselines and is partially self-sustaining via rooftop solar arrays.

The project trimmed traditional brick-and-mortar timelines by three months while requiring half the standard labor force on site. Developers have confirmed plans to scale this structural methodology for a subsequent, larger 40-unit residential development in the near future.
