October 2, Fineko/abc.az. NBCO Embafinans CJSC plans to raise 4 million manats on the capital market through the issuance of bonds. The company will issue 400,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary and nominal bonds with  nominal value of 10 manats each.

The maturity of the bonds will be 12 months, with annual yield of 13%. Coupon payments will be made quarterly, and the nominal value of the bonds will be redeemed along with the last coupon payment.

The initial placement of the bonds will take place at the Baku Stock Exchange through a public offering in the form of a subscription. The issue underwriter is investment company PASHA Capital CJSC. The minimum subscription amount is 10 manats, the maximum is unlimited.

The main purpose of the issue is to reduce dependence on bank lending and ensure the development of the loan portfolio by attracting financial resources on more flexible and favorable terms.

For reference: NBCO Embafinans has been operating since 2012, with authorized capital of 10 million manats. 86% of company's shares belong to Elshad Abbasov, one of Embawood's founders, and Tamara Polyakova owns 14%.
