U.S. decides to write off $4.65 bn of Ukraine's debt on loans

 November 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Biden administration has decided to write off $4.65 billion of Ukraine's debt on loans, ABC.AZ reports, referring to Matthew Miller, spokesman of the Department of State. The latter noted that the U.S. Congress can block such a step.
