November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover in 2025 was projected at $39.8 billion.
ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the Draft Law on State Budget 2025.
Of them, $22.47 billion accounted for exports and $17.4 billion for imports. In other words, the forecast for the positive balance of foreign trade turnover is $5.11 billion.
In 2026-2028, the volume of exports is projected to be in the range of $20-22 billion, and the volume of imports is in the range of $18-20 billion.
According to the forecast, the foreign trade surplus will amount to $2.9 billion in 2026, $2.9 billion in 2027 and $1.89 billion in 2028.
Foreign trade turnover in 2023 totaled $51.2 billion, and in the first 9 months of this year - $34.5 billion.
