November 14, Fineko/abc.az. A textile production project has been launched in Khankendi, ABC.AZ informs, quoting Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Aziz Kudratov.

The project is expected to create 800 jobs.

"This joint project is the first project with foreign capital providing for the creation of industrial production in the territories liberated from occupation. A number of new projects are currently being developed, including an initiative to create construction materials in the occupation-liberated lands. Given the high demand here, Uzbek business is interested in such opportunities," the minister emphasized.
