October 3, Fineko/abc.az. New duties are being introduced in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant matter was reflected in the amendments to the Law on State Duty, discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy & State Building.

According to the draft, a duty of 100 manats is established for filing an application for performance of auxiliary functions in relation to arbitration, 50 manats for filing an application for recognition and enforcement of decisions of arbitration courts on application of temporary security measures, 100 manats for filing an application for cancellation of decisions of arbitration courts, 50 manats for filing an application for enforcement of local decisions of arbitration courts.
