September 26, Fineko/abc.az. As of September 1, 2024, banks’ overdue loans from banks in Azerbaijan totaled 473.1 million manats (4.3% more than on August 1).

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) that the volume of problem loans in the country increased by 7.8% against the beginning of 2024, and compared with the indicator on September 1, 2023 - decreased by 11.45%.

As of September 1, 2024, the share of overdue loans in the total loan portfolio of banks is estimated at 1.7%. As of August 1, this figure was 1.7%, at the beginning of the year - 1.8%, and on September 1, 2023 - 2.4%.
