July 8, Fineko/abc.az. In May 2024, German exports fell by 3.6% against April, while imports fell by 8.7%, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).

In total, as of May 2024, goods for 131.6 billion euros were exported from Germany and products for 106.7 billion euros imported.

Exports to EU countries decreased by 2.5%, and to non-EU countries by 4.9%.

Most of the exported goods were shipped to the United States, and most of the imported goods came from China.
