June 11, Fineko/abc.az. Elchin Mammadov has been appointed the rector of the Military Institute of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant order was signed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

The order comes into force from the date of signing.
