April 30, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Mar 2024, the number of overnight stays in hotels and hotel-type facilities increased by 41.9% versus Jan-Mar 2023 up to 779,400. 

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that 64.7% of the total number of overnight stays are registered in hotels and hotel-type facilities in Baku, 9.3% in Gusar, 4.0% in Naftalan, 3.9% in Guba, 3.6% in Shabran, 3.0% in Gabala, 1.8% in Lankaran, 1.1% in Ganja, 1.0% in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and 7.6% in other cities and districts. The number of overnight stays conducted by foreigners and stateless persons grew by 40.2% against Jan-Mar 2023 up to 433,400 (55.6% of the total number of overnight stays).
