April 25, Fineko/abc.az. A three-day international conference on Space Technologies has started in Ankara.

ABC.AZ informs that Azerbaijan is represented at the event by the delegation of the Azerbaijan space agency Azercosmos with organizational support of the Turkish Space Agency (TUA).

Azercosmos chairman of board Samaddin Asadov spoke at a panel meeting on development of space ecosystems in the Central Asian region. He brought to the attention of the participants of the event the strategic priorities of the Azerbaijani space sector for the coming years, plans for international cooperation, and efforts to overcome the negative effects of climate change.

Numerous panel discussions and roundtables, visits to space industry facilities are planned at the event.
