April 16, Fineko/abc.az. In March 2024, Azerbaijan ranked 56th among 148 countries in terms of mobile Internet speed with speed of 50.12 Mbit/s.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in the Speedtest Global Index.

The report emphasizes that Azerbaijan has advanced by 3 points in terms of mobile Internet speed compared with the previous month.

Qatar took the 1st place in terms of mobile Internet speed (313.30 Mbit/s), and Cuba took the last place (148 place, 4.01 Mbit/s), the report says.

In March, Azerbaijan ranked 117th in the world in terms of the average speed of fixed broadband Internet access. This is 2 points less than in the previous month.
