March 5, Fineko/abc.az. Investment Company Assist Finance OJSC (formerly BTB Capital) issues 143 shares at 350 manats each, ABC.AZ reports, referring to company’s issue prospectus or info memorandum.

If this operation takes place, Assist Finance will contribute an additional 50,050 manats to the share capital.

Currently, its authorized capital is 350,000 manats. Thus, in case of successful completion of the listing and auction on the Baku Stock Exchange, company's authorized capital will amount to 400,050 manats.
