February 14, Fineko/abc.az. Changes have been made to the Procedure for Certification of Customs Officials.

ABC.AZ reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the relevant decision.

Under the decision, officials, regardless of the form of certification, should be asked or presented with questions related only to their position, job description, work performed and their results, as well as issues related to their rights, official functions provided for by law to determine compliance with their position.

The certification can be conducted in the form of an interview, a written or a test exam. The certification carried out using testing is organized using special software. When conducting certification in a test form, an official is presented with 100 questions (25 complex questions, 30 questions of medium complexity, 45 simple questions) in accordance with the requirements of this rule, when conducting in writing — 20 questions (5 complex questions, 6 questions of medium complexity, 9 simple questions). Three (3) hours are set for testing and answers to questions submitted in writing.
