January 18, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, prices on the housing market in Azerbaijan grew by 9.7% compared with 2022.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Statistics Committee, last year prices in the primary housing market grew by 7.8% compared with the previous year, and in the secondary housing market - by 9.8%.

The housing market price index in the 4th quarter of 2023 increased by 1.7% versus the previous quarter, including in the primary housing market - by 1.8%, in the secondary housing market - by 1.7%.
