December 28, Fineko/abc.az. Daşkəsən Dəmir Filiz LLC (DDF), a company of AzerGold CJSC, specializing in iron ore and which has not yet started its full-fledged activity, also finished 2022 with loss.

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the consolidated audit report of the state-owned company.

The report says that in 2022, DDF suffered losses in the amount of $2.105 million (AZN 3.578 million).

This also means a reduction in losses by $1.3 million, or 39.6%, compared with 2021 when loss reached $3.485 million.

Company's losses are linked with the fact that it has not yet started full-fledged activity in its main line of business.

According to the data released on December 19, the total mass of ore reserves in the bowels of the earth for the Dashkesan group of iron ore deposits is 309.16 million tons.
