November 3, Fineko/abc.az. Milli Majlis MP Hikmet Babaoglu called for creation of a new body or information space in Shusha or Khankendi.

ABC.AZ reports that the MP stated that during the discussion of the Bill on State Budget 2024 at a joint meeting of the Milli Majlis committees.

Babaoglu said that the goal is to bring the voice of Azerbaijan to wide audience.

The MP also made a proposal to open higher educational institutions in Khankendi in the near future, where they will teach not only law, but also history.
