Tamerlan Mashadigasanli, the head of the Azintelekom department, made the relevantstatement at a meeting with journalists.

He noted that this facial recognition program will be used in a number of other educational institutions in the future, and announced the main purpose of the innovation: "Our main goal here is to know exactly the personalities of the people who enter and leave educational institutions. In other words, this ensures that the institution includes its employees, and not outsiders. In the future, we plan to introduce this more widely in schools. This innovation will also be applied in kindergartens."
