October 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan registered 373,647 ownership rights to immovable property for Jan-Sept 2023 (43.8% more versus the 2022 same term).

ABC.AZ reports that of this indicator, 58,314 (15.6%) account for primary registration, and 315,333 (84.4%) for re-registration.

Of this property - 40,205 private residential and garden houses, 72,566 apartments, 252,405 land plots, 2,374 non-residential buildings, 5,487 non-residential premises, 531 property complexes and 79 multi-storey residential buildings.

During this period, 76,359 real estate objects registered in the country are in Baku, and the rest are in the regions.

Over Jan-Sept 2023, technical inventory was carried out and technical passport of 300,179 real estate objects was compiled. This is 47.7% more than in the same period of 2022.

For the past 9 months of 2023, the number of registered mortgage agreements increased by 19.6% versus Jan-Sept 2023 and reached 61,393.
