September 18, Fineko/abc.az. An open auction for the sale of real estate held on the balance sheet of Caucasian Development Bank (under liquidation by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund) will be held for the 3rd time at the Baku Auction Center at 11:00 on September 28, 2023.

ABC.AZ reports that a land plot with an area of 0.8105 hectares will be put up for sale, located at address: 44, Ingilab Ismailov Street, Khatai district, Baku city.

The starting price of the plot is 2,550,000 manats.
