September 15, Fineko/abc.az. The state duties levied by the relevant executive authority for the expedited issuance of archival certificates, extracts from archival documents, certified copies of archival documents to legal entities and individuals are canceled.

ABC.AZ reports that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on State Duty, discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

A state fee of 20 manats was charged for issuance of these documents to legal entities within 3 working days and 10 manats for issuance within 5 working days, while 10 manats was charged from individuals for issuance of documents within 3 working days and 5 manats for issuance within 5 working days.

From now on, the relevant executive authority will provide paid archival services to legal entities and individuals in accordance with the approved list and amounts.
