September 8, Fineko/abc.az. In August 2023, the State Service for Real Estate & Land Issues of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic conducted state registration of rights to 1,129 real estate objects, 854 technical documents were prepared.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Service that 138 real estate objects were assigned addresses.

Also, 206 plans and sizes of land plots were registered in the state cadastral books, 263 certificates of encumbrances of real estate were issued.

The Service received 110 requests from legal entities and individuals for e- services in the areas of Service's activity. The ASAN Service Center reviewed 1,046 requests for certain types of services.

During August, 620 data on previously obtained rights to agricultural land plots and their owners were entered into the electronic real estate registration system.
