For seven months of this year, AZN 19.3 million received from the lease of state property were paid to the budget, ABC.AZ reports citing the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.

It is noted that 418 new lease agreements for non-residential premises were concluded in seven months. During this period, AZN 3.6 million was paid to the state budget from the lease of non-residential premises.

Also, during the same period, new lease agreements were concluded for 1,497 land plots, as a result of which funds in the amount of AZN 15.7 million were paid to the state budget.

In just seven months, 1,915 new lease agreements for non-residential and land plots were signed.
In the current period, the payment to the state budget of funds from the lease of real estate state property in the amount of AZN 19.3 million was ensured and the forecast was fulfilled by 147.7%.
