July 14, Fineko/abc.az. The draft law banning the sale of registered medicines at prices higher than regulated ones was adopted in the 3rd reading.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant draft amendments to the Law on Medicines were submitted for discussion at Milli Majlis plenary session.

The amendment prohibits the sale of medicines with state registration before price regulation or at prices above regulated ones.

The draft was put to the vote and passed in the 3rd reading.
