June 20, Fineko/abc.az. Starting from the end of May, citizens are already going on vacation to foreign countries, to districts or cottages located within Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that owner Telman Kerimzade reported informed about decline in demand for rental of country houses in Baku, located in Shuvelyan village:

"The rental price depends on the conditions of the houses. The price range varies from 1,000 to 10,000 manats."

Realtors noted that although the demand for country houses decreases, the price does not fall.
