May 10, Fineko/abc.az. Apartments in which 44.3% of the Turkish population lives are rented out, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Statistical Office of Türkiye.

Thus, the Statistical Office of Türkiye conducted a survey of the population on this issue. Following the annual traditional survey, 56.7% of the population live in their own apartments.

It became known that 27.2% of people live in rented housing. In addition, 1.1% of people live in public buildings, and 15.1% live in apartments owned by others without paying rent.
