December 12, Fineko/abc.az.  The package nature of the grain deal was confirmed during consultations between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin and his Turkish counterpart Sedat Onal held in Istanbul on 8-9 December, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"The interlocutors reviewed the course of the Istanbul agreements of July 22. The package nature of the agreements was confirmed - the Black Sea initiative for the export of Ukrainian food and the Russia - UN memorandum on the promotion of Russian fertilizers and agricultural products to world markets," the Ministry says.
