December 9, Fineko/abc.az. "146 amendments have been made to the Code of Administrative Offences since 2016. Is it possible to make so many changes in 4-5 years?"

ABC.AZ reports that MP Sabir Rustamkhanli said about this at today's Milli Majlis meeting.

He noted that most of the changes related to increase of duties and fines: "The vast majority of changes are to the detriment of the people. Either fines increase, or prices change upwards. I understand there must be a certain change. But a certain stability of the law is also important. That should be the purpose of the law. I want to draw attention to the importance of lawmaking, the correct definition of the law and its strategic goals."
