October 14, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev delivered speech in Astana.

ABC.AZ reports that at the end of his speech the Azerbaijani leader brought to the attention of the meeting participants the position of Azerbaijan regarding the fate of the Karabakh Armenians.

"The rights and security of the Armenian population of Karabakh will be ensured in accordance with the Constitution of Azerbaijan. We are not going to discuss our internal issues with any party. And as far as I understood from the results of the meeting in Prague, this topic did not cause any discrepancies between all participants of the quadrilateral meeting," the head of state underlined.
