October 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan fulfills all the points of the declaration, including ensuring unhindered access from Armenia to Karabakh.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev made the above-said statement in his speech at the Astana meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State. Stressing that Armenia does not fulfill its part of the Declaration, the head of state said:

"Namely, it does not provide unhindered access from the main part of Azerbaijan to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, which is its legal obligation, and has not yet withdrawn the Armenian armed forces from Azerbaijani territory. We are still showing patience, but it is also not unlimited. If these two important points of the trilateral Statement of November 2020 are not fulfilled, we will have no other choice but to act adequately."
